1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping options available for your location will be shown during checkout.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we'll help resolve the issue.

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow our return process after delivery.

10. Are my payments secure?

Yes. Your payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment details.
